Homes. Every listing is reviewed and approved by our team before it goes live. A home earns the “Verified” badge only after our checklist is complete — confirming the photos match the property and the rental terms have been checked. Editing a listing sends it back for re-review.
Owners. We confirm ownership or management authority (owners can attach evidence privately) before an account is marked “Verified owner”.
Tenants. Every tenant confirms a working phone and email with a one-time code before an inquiry is sent — so owners receive real, reachable leads, not anonymous messages.
Third-party government-ID checks are a further step we apply around the viewing and agreement stage — not for casual browsing.
